Coverage varies by plan:

  • Some plans cover 80-100% of psychologist fees

  • Some plans have per-session limits

  • Some plans require pre-authorization for assessments

Flexible Payment Options

We want to make quality psychological services accessible. We offer several payment options to work with your family's budget.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

Direct Billing: For clients with eligible insurance coverage, we bill your insurance company directly. You pay only your portion (co-pay or deductible) at the time of service.

Credit Card: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted. Payment is processed securely through our online booking system.

Debit Card: Interac debit accepted for in-person payments.

E-Transfer: Email money transfer to stephanie@launchpsychology.com (please include client name and invoice number in message).

PAYMENT PLANS

For Assessments:

We understand that comprehensive assessments can be a significant investment. Payment plans are available for all assessment services.

How it works:

  • Pay a deposit to secure your assessment date

  • Remaining balance split into 2-4 installments

  • Flexible schedule based on your family's needs

  • Discuss options during your free consultation

Example payment plan for $3,000 assessment:

  • $750 deposit (to book)

  • $750 after intake session

  • $750 after testing complete

  • $750 before feedback session

PAYMENT TIMING

For Therapy Sessions: Payment is due at the time of service. You can pay by credit card, debit, or e-transfer.

For Assessments:

  • Deposit due at booking

  • Payment plan arranged based on your preference

  • Final payment due before feedback session (or as arranged)

Insurance Claims: If we bill your insurance directly, you pay your portion at the time of service. If you're submitting your own claims, you pay in full and we provide receipts for reimbursement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24+ Hours Notice: No charge for cancelled or rescheduled appointments with 24 or more hours notice.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged 50% of the session fee.
